My name is Jordan Fernandes, I am a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of MacEwan University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program, where I completed my studies with First Class Standing.
My practice is guided by a client centered and evidence-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on supporting physical function, reducing discomfort, and enhancing overall well-being.
I offer a well-rounded skill set that includes relaxation massage, treatment of fascial restrictions, and functional improvement through exercise therapy. I believe effective care begins with understanding your unique goals—whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, addressing postural imbalances, or even looking to reduce stress and support your general health.
Every treatment plan is tailored to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. I take the time to listen, assess, and work collaboratively with you to ensure your care is both effective and supportive. Whether you’re seeking time to relax and unwind or working to regain function through targeted therapy, my goal is to support you in the most effective and thoughtful way possible.
You can expect each session to be focused, intentional, and responsive to your progress over time. In addition to hands-on therapy, I provide guidance and education to help you stay engaged in your long-term wellness beyond the treatment room.
I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and cared for. I look forward to working with you and supporting your goals—one step at a time.
